We offer store pickup, domestic delivery, and international shipping via DHL:

Store Pickup:

We offer store pickup service with no additional charge. You can specify a time for your order to be picked up.

 

Vientiane Capital:

We offer delivery services with extra charge. Starting price is LAK15,000. The rate will go higher as the distance gets further from the city center. We will contact you to get your exact location and inform you of the delivery cost that is to be paid upon delivery.

We will inform you when the package is picked up and the approximate time it will arrive once you have confirm the delivery method.

Provincial:

We offer package dropped off to logistic services like: Kiangkai, Houngaloun, Anousith, Meexay, and other as requested. Logistic charge is to be paid by the customer upon the receipt of the package.

We will inform you when the package is dropped off and send you the shipping slip, so you can track your package by using the logistic service provider's platform.

 

International:

We offer international shipping service via DHL Express Worldwide. The rate is based on the package weight and size. You will see the rate upon the check out.

We will inform you when the package is picked up and send you the tracking number, so you can track your package by using DHL's platform.
